WILLS & PROBATE

We are experienced in dealing with providing all sorts of Wills to all sorts of people.  From simple Wills to complex discretionary trust Wills.

We undertake probate work and can act as executors or advise executors in respect of the administration of estates.

We also deal with probate disputes and have acted for individuals making and defending claims against estates, both in relation to the validity of Wills and in respect of Inheritance Act claims.

We also act for clients who are in their twilight years and in need of assistance with their affairs and we advise on Enduring Powers of Attorney and the new regime of Lasting Powers of Attorney in respect of Property and Affairs and Personal Welfare.  We can also assist in dealing with registering old Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Court of Protection.

LITIGATION

From individual claims in the small claims court to full on commercial litigation and arbitrations we are able to assist our clients in litigation work.

For example we have acted in claims as diverse as that for a valued client who lost his dog to illness and also for another client in a large commercial arbitration relating to the construction of 15 warehouses.
