offer FIXED FEE services to our residential conveyancing
clients and our rates are very competitive. You receive a first
class service from a solicitor, personally, not a call-centre
oriented "factory" or "conveyor belt" system - and at a more
competitive rate than most of those types of providers.
Our clients like our
rates and our service, that's why they use us time and again
when they move, wherever in the country they may be.
We
believe in: No automated phones; No "straight to" voicemail;
Legally qualified people doing your work; You speak to your
solicitor when you call; Personal service from professionals.
Your estate agent may
try to persuade you to use a conveyancer recommended by or
linked to them. The reason they do this is because they
often receive a referral fee for sending your work to that
conveyancer, (as if they don't earn enough commission
already!). Also, many of these recommendations are to large
impersonal "factory" conveyancers. Our experience of talking
with clients who have used these types of services is that they
are often call centre orientated (and we all know what that
means), often hundreds of miles away where no-one knows who you
are and you almost never get to speak to the person doing your
work, or the same person twice. The result is a frustrating
experience. Our experience of dealing ourselves with these types
of providers is also almost always negative.
We also offer low cost
services to clients and to brokers in respect of remortgages.
